Tom Boyle

Tom started playing indoor volleyball in 1987 on a WallyBall court and only ended up in the grass or sand for special occasions.  He later got into coaching when I got into teaching in 1996.  After five years of being an assistant coach at Sprayberry High School, I left teaching but continued coaching by volunteering as a community coach at Kell High School. In 2010, Tom started coaching different levels and age groups at Cobb Atlanta Juniors later to become Tsunami Cobb.  He always enjoyed working with the 12s age group as it let me be connected to the future of the program.
Tom is excited to be part of S3 and to get another chance to work with players on their volleyball journey.  He is married to Cathy, who I met on a volleyball blind date, and we have three girls, Ellie, Sarah and Olivia.
