Year-Round

The S3 Year-Round Season is an eight-month program designed to develop the complete beach volleyball athlete through skill training, physical development, and high-level competition. Athletes receive consistent coaching focused on technical growth, volleyball IQ, strength and conditioning, and competitive preparation in an environment that promotes confidence, accountability, and long-term development.

Throughout the season, S3 athletes have the opportunity to compete at both the local and national levels against top programs from across the country. Players can choose to compete locally or travel to events across the U.S., from Florida to California. Our athletes compete on several premier tours, including USA Volleyball, AAU, AVP, and BVCA events, gaining valuable experience and exposure while learning to perform in highly competitive environments.

The year-round season is designed for athletes who are committed to improving their game and reaching their full potential on and off the sand.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAM INCLUDES

• Approximately 70 practices
• Training from November to the end of June...or even longer if you are attending one of the beach national events.
• Coaching at 10-12 tournaments
• Tournaments are both local and travel. Our tournament schedule is flexible and customizable from athlete to athlete
• Year-round gear package- includes Lululemon gear!
